Overhead to Underground Conversion Programs
The undergrounding of existing overhead facilities requires a highly skilled team of individuals with the expertise to handle any size of overhead conversion program. We can develop a program to meet all your overhead conversion needs, including bid preparation, construction management and material handling.
Annual Circuit Review Programs
We are capable of identifying, designing and constructing a comprehensive program to meet your circuit reliability needs, whether it is for company standards or governmental regulations.
Material Management Program
We have expertise in determining project material specifications, procurement, expediting and tracking to ensure superior material management and to eliminate material shortages that negatively impact projects.
Emergency and After-hours Response
We can provide you with the expertise and flexibility to meet your emergency and after-hours needs. We can also assist you in areas such as storm damage assessment, design of temporary electric facilities and determine material and manpower requirements.

TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Cell Sites
ULM provides surveillance inspectors to oversee utility construction crews while they build cell sites on transmission towers located within the Utility’s Company grid.
Fiber Optics Cable
ULM provides site inspectors to oversee utility construction crews while they maintain and/or install new fiber optic cable on utility poles or the underground vaults.
